Is there an issue with your order? We are sorry to hear that and would like to encourage you to get in touch with us regarding your concerns. We always have someone here to help and to answer any questions you might have.
If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return it for a full refund we’d be happy to do that. Please review and complete the following steps:
1. Please pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging including this packing slip. Kindly note that without including this packing slip with your returned item(s) there may be a delay in processing your return.
2. Ensure your returned item(s) are in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed. We do not accept returns on Final Sale items, Promotional items, or items sold as Seconds. We withhold the right to decline issuing refunds on returned items that do not meet the above conditions.
3. We recommend sending your return package with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs. Returns must be made within 15 days of having received your package.
